Updating ICE Desktop for Web

ICE Desktop for Web supports in-place upgrades. You may upgrade the web component without reinstalling the ICE Server. When updated web client files are available, they can be downloaded from the Instant Connect Support Portal.

After obtaining an updated ICE Web installation file, navigate to Settings > Organization page and locate the ICE Desktop for Web section.

Click the Upload file button to upload a the new ICE Desktop for Web.

Note: It may take a few minutes for the upgrade to be visible to users, and users may need to clear their browser cache before the updated version will run.
