Lower Controls
The following screenshot identifies the control interface at the bottom of the Ops Logs window.

*Use the Select Channel menu to specify the channel you want to comment on.
*Comments on the selected channel appear at the bottom of the log.
*Comments on selected events appear in the right pane when the event is selected.
*Authors of comments are identified by the name of their account.
