Creating a Virtual IP
Virtual IPs (Rallypoints) serve as ingress points for external ICE Clients to connect to a Rallypoint. These addresses are used by ICE clients when connecting to an ICE Server, but are ignored by ICE Agents. Virtual IPs can have aliases (e.g., multiple hostnames resolving to the same host) or different network routes (e.g., 10.x.x.x for one network and 192.168.x.x for another).
Use the following instructions to configure a virtual IP address or FQDN for a Rallypoint Server Group. The following procedure assumes you have already created the Rallypoint Group. For instructions, see
Creating a Rallypoint Group.
To create a Virtual IP
1. Navigate to Settings > Rallypoints.
2. In the Rallypoint Group to federate, expand the Virtual IP menu.
3. Click Add Peer.

4. Complete the following fields:

A. Name: Enter a name for the Federated Rallypoint.
B. Port: Enter the port supplied by the other Organization.
C. IP Address: Enter the IP Address supplied by the other Organization.
5. Click Save.
