Using Workflow Automation
Workflows are automated responses that activate when triggered. You configure the trigger and the response when you create a Workflow. For example, when ICE clients cross a geographic boundary, an alert is sent to all members of the channel. Or, an alarm system can activate a webhook that triggers ICE to send a specific message over a specific channel.
Note: Workflows cannot trigger other workflows except through webhooks, and chaining cascades of webhooks through workflows may result in looping.
