Crash Reporting
When enabled, Crash Reporting allows the desktop application to report crash details to the Instant Connect Enterprise engineering team whenever the application encounters a major problem.
To capture logs
1. Navigate to the Settings > General > Reporting tab.

2. Ensure Report Crashes and Verbose Logging are enabled.
3. When you are ready to download the logs, click Help > Troubleshooting > Save log files.

4. Specify the name and location of the file, and then click Save.
