B. Obtain the Access Key and AWS Region
To obtain the AWS_ACCESS_KEY and AWS_ACCESS_SECRET_KEY
1. In Identity and Access Management (IAM), create a service account user with appropriate access.
2. In the IAM user detail page, click the Security Credentials tab.

3. Under Access Keys, click the Create access key button. 
4. Copy the AWS region for later use.
