Mobile: Deactivating a License while Offline
To deactivate a mobile license offline
1. Perform the following on the offline device to deactivate:
A. Open the ICE Mobile app and navigate to: Menu > About
B. Select Offline? Deactivate with a mobile device.
C. Verify the deactivation.
D. The Deactivation QR Code window opens displaying a QR code. Leave this window open.
2. Perform the following on the online device:
A. Scan the QR code displayed on the offline device. It indicates a URL.
B. Open the URL in a web browser. The resulting webpage acknowledges the license deactivation.
