Installing ICE Agent as a Native Command-Line Application
Download ICE Agent for your operating system from the Instant Connect Support Portal at the following address: https://support.instantconnectnow.com. Unzip or un-tar the downloaded file in a directory where the application will be executed. On macOS, double-click the package to install it (on macOS, the ICE Agent is installed at /opt/ice-agent; you may wish to add this to your $PATH environment variable for convenience).On Linux and Windows, no further installation steps are necessary. Once the ICE Agent .zip or .tar.gz file has been unarchived/uncompressed, the ICE Agent is ready for use. Do not reorganize the subdirectories in the package or move the agent executable from this directory. Proceed by following the instructions in Verifying ICE Agent Installation to verify your ICE Agent installation using the agent doctor command.
