Desktop: Deactivating a License while Online
Note: Deactivation of an RTS license requires an internet connection. Deactivation of a Tactical license only requires a connection to the ICE Server. The ICE Mobile app does not need to be installed on the mobile device.
To deactivate a desktop license offline
1. Start ICE Desktop in Tactical mode (without logging in).
2. Navigate to the Settings > Tactical page.
3. In the Tactical License Activation section, perform the following:
A. Tap Offline? Deactivate with a mobile device.
B. Confirm the deactivation.

4. Using any mobile device with a camera and a connection to the ICE Server, scan the QR code and open the associated URL. If you are deactivating an RTS License, the mobile device will also require an internet connection.
5. Open the web page associated with the URL and acknowledge the deactivation of the license.
