Transmitting and Receiving
This section provides instructions for Push-to-Talk (PTT) transmission and reception. ICE operates as expected for standard PTT. Press, Speak, and Release.
Transmit Duration
You can transmit for the maximum duration allowed on the channel. By default, Assigned Channels have no transmission time limit, but administrators may add one. If you exceed this limit, the transmission terminates with an error tone.

The Channels list is composed of three different channel types: Assigned, Intercom, and Tactical.
*Assigned Channels: Associated with your Instant Connect Enterprise account and centrally managed by your organization.
*Intercom Channels: Ad Hoc channels created by you or others to communicate in groups or one-on-one. These channels are not managed by the ICE Server administrators.
*Tactical Channels: Created from a Mission configured on your device or by loading a Mission file or scanning a Mission QR Code. See Tactical Operation. Tactical Channels may be activated in Enterprise mode and function as expected.
