Downloading the ICE Desktop Installer
You can download ICE installation files from the Instant Connect Support Portal at: https://support.instantconnectnow.com.
If the files for the desired platform are not available, then create a case with Type set to Product and request the desired version.
Supported Installation Platforms
ICE Desktop supports installation and operation on the following platform.

1. Open a browser to the Instant Connect Portal Home Page and login or create an account.

2. In the Support Center menu, click Downloads.
3. Open the Instant Connect Enterprise Software folder.
4. Open the most recent (newest) ICE release folder.
5. Click the Download button next to the ICE Desktop installer for your platform.
6. After downloading, extract .zip file on the host machine.
