Locating People
The People tab displays a list of your active Assigned and Intercom Channels. Each channel opens to a list of the channel's members, including their online/offline status.
To view the People list
From the Desktop, click the People tab.
Use the Search field to search all users across all channels. Your channels appear listed in alphabetical order. Click any channel in the list to expand or collapse the list of people on the channel.
When expanded, the channel displays the total number of users assigned to the channel on the left and the number of active users on the right.
7 is the total number of users assigned to channel.Ganymede is the channel name.2 Active users are currently logged in.˅/˄ Expand or collapse the full list of users.
