Operating the Ops Log Window
The Ops Log is broken into three panes (3 columns).

*Use the left pane to select an Ops Log and display its Events in the middle pane.
*Use the middle pane to select an Event and display its details and comments in the right pane.
*Use the bottom right comment pane to make comments on the selected Event.
*Use the bottom middle comment pane to make comments to the selected Channel.
