ICE_GATEWAY_COAST is an optional parameter for all gateways (DFSI, ISSI or Telephony). If not specified in the docker run cmd, the default is false. For more information see External Server Coasting
<group_code>

Optionally enter the three-character Server Group ID specifying the Group that this Gateway will belong to. The server Group code can be determined by clicking Add DFSI Gateway, (or ADD ISSI Gateway), in the ICE Desktop Client > Settings > Radio Interoperability > DFSI or ISSI screens. For Telephony, or if you have no Group preference, leave this setting as default.

For DFSI only. Sets the transmit mode for all fixed stations. Valid values are analog and digital. If not specified in the docker run cmd, the default is digital.
