Appendix D: Installing an ICE Server via Amazon ECR
This section explains how to configure Amazon ECR caching and install an ICE Server on ICE OS using the ICE OS Configuration Wizard. To install ICE Server to the cloud, first complete these steps and continue to the cloud installation section.
*Production Deployment Node Size
For Production Deployments, the equivalent of an M6gd or M7gd or higher is recommended. As a general scaling guideline, m6i.2xlarge x 3 can support ~5,000 simultaneous users.
*8 cores minimum
*32 Gb memory minimum
*500Gb disk minimum / 1Tb recommended w/ SSD (EBS only is not recommended for production)
*~5000 users
Complete the following instructions to configure Amazon ECR to work with Docker. Then use the ICE OS Configuration Wizard to pull the ICE Server image from a cloud-based Elastic Container Repository.

These instructions install an ICE Server from a cloud repository to a standard hosted ICE OS system.
