TrellisWare connects ICE Mobile with TrellisWare devices. To connect with a TrellisWare device or system, the TrellisWare device must also be configured to connect.

Troubleshooting TrellisWare Connectivity
Configuration
The TrellisWare device must be properly configured with the correct network settings, such as frequency, waveform, and encryption keys, to ensure it can communicate with the application.
Network Settings
Both the application and the TrellisWare device need to be on the same network settings to discover and connect to each other. This includes matching frequency bands and network IDs.
Firmware and Software Updates
Make sure both the application and the TrellisWare device have the latest firmware and software updates to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
