Displayed in the user interface as a yellow, 'Standby' status.
Indicates the server has recently won the leader election and is waiting to win a consecutive election before taking over as leader. When in this state, the server will produce the following status message: GETTING READY: Waiting to win 2 consecutive elections (won 1 so far).
