Updating a Person
Updates to ICE account credentials occur at login. Changes to accounts do not log users out. Channel assignments are available immediately if the user is logged in via Enterprise Mode.
To update a person
1. Navigate to Settings > People.
2. Scroll through or search the People list.
3. Click the edit (pencil) icon to open an account for editing.
The Update person panel opens.
4. Update the fields as needed. See Adding a Person for field definitions.
Important: If you update a user's password, they cannot log in until you provide them with the new password.
5. Click the Update button.
A message appears indicating the person was successfully updated. The Update person panel returns to being the blank Add new person panel.
