Deploying an Archiver Server
Archiver Servers are deployed using an ICE Agent. Archiver Servers always reside in the Internal Archiver Server Group.
To deploy an Archiver Server
1. Install an ICE Agent on the system you want to host the Archiver Server.
2. In ICE Desktop, navigate to Settings > Archiver Servers and click Add Archiver Server.

The highlighted sections will be completed for you and contain the address and group needed to launch the Archiver Server. The --group code is 3 characters in length and designates the Internal Archiver Server Group on your ICE Server.
3. Copy the command and run it on the host machine. The Archiver begins operation.
4. In ICE Desktop, verify the new Archiver Server appears in the Archiver Server Group.
