Creating a Workflow
Use the following instructions to create a workflow with a trigger and an action.
To create a workflow
1. Navigate to Settings > Workflows.
2. Click + CREATE NEW WORKFLOW RULE.
The New Workflow Automation Rule screen opens. It is broken into 3 Steps.
3. In Step 1, perform the following to name the workflow:
A. In the Rule Name field, enter a name for the new rule.
B. In the Rule Description field, optionally enter a description.
4. In Step 2, perform the following to add the trigger:
A. In the Event Type menu, select the trigger for the event. (See Triggers above)
Additional fields appear dependent on the trigger.
B. Complete the fields to enable the trigger.
5. In Step 3, perform the following to add actions:
A. Click + ADD NEW ACTION.
B. In the Action Type menu, select an action. (See Actions above).
C. Complete the fields required to perform the action.
6. Repeat Step 3 for additional actions. Any number of actions are allowed.
7. Click Save.
The new Workflow is saved as disabled by default.
