Troubleshooting Rallypoint Certificates and Communication
If you are having issues communicating over RallyPoints, you can ensure the certificates are correct by uploading them directly to ICE Agent.
To upload certificates directly to an ICE Agent
1. In the ICE Agent folder on the host machine, navigate to the certs folder.
The default.certstore file should already be present in this folder.
2. Upload the client, infrastructure, and Rallypoint certificates into the certs folder.
3. Once completed, test Rallypoint connections again to ensure they are functioning.
To access the Cloud Config Wizard
1. Use the following command to pull the latest version of the cloud configuration wizard chart:
helm pull oci://docker.io/instantconnect/icectl --version number –untar
2. Navigate to the directory and change the script permissions by running:
cd icectl && chmod +x tools/cloud_icectl_360.sh
3. Execute the following command to run the cloud configuration wizard chart installation:
tools/cloud_icectl_360.sh -v number
4. Follow the instructions provided by the wizard. Once completed, you should receive a summary containing a link and a Browser Access Code.
5. Open the link provided in the output after the Application is available at: entry.
6. Enter the Browser Access Code and click Submit.
7. Complete the ICE OS Installation Wizard: Follow the steps in the ICE OS Installation Wizard until you reach the Version screen. Make changes to the following:
Helm repository provider: aws
Username: AWS
Password: Ensure you are logged in and execute the following to obtain the password.
