Introduction
ICE Server™ is the management and provisioning server component of the Instant Connect Enterprise solution. ICE Server provides administrative functions like authentication, authorization, channel/account management, and many others. This guide explains how to administer an ICE Server that has already been installed.
For installation instructions, refer to the ICE Server Installation Guide or the ICE Desktop User Guide. Licenses may be obtained at https://support.instantconnectnow.com. For instructions to apply an existing license, see Appendix K: Licensing.
