INTRODUCTION
ICE Serverâ„¢ is the management and provisioning server component of the Instant Connect Enterprise (ICE) solution. ICE Server provides administrative functions like authentication, authorization, channel/account management, and many others. This guide explains how to administer, operate, modify, and extend an ICE 3.6.6 Server that has already been installed.

The instructions in this documentation are specific to the following versions ICE:

To install an ICE Server
*For installation instructions, refer to the ICE Server Installation Guide and the ICE Desktop User Guide. Both documents are available on the Instant Connect Support website. Licenses may also be obtained through support.
To license an ICE Server
*For instructions to apply an existing license, see the Licensing ICE appendix.
To deploy a Radio or Telephony Gateway
*Refer to the ICE Radio and Telephony Gateway Guide for instructions on deploying a Radio Gateway for integration with a Radio System or a SIP PBX for external PSTN calling.
