Duplicate Missions
Two Missions of the same Name cannot be active at the same time. If you share a Mission and the receiving user already has a Mission of the same name on their device, then a Duplicate Mission notice appears and the new Mission is not imported.
To import the new Mission, the old Mission of the same name must be deleted.
To share a Mission
1. Tap Menu > Tactical.
2. Tap the Share icon to the right of the Mission Name.

The Share Mission screen opens.

The Deflection field is typically populated by your administrator. Do not change this field unless you know and trust the address you are entering.
3. Select from the following options:
*Share Mission with Others
Activates the default sharing behavior for your device, allowing you to send the Mission file via chat, mail, or other options.
*Save Mission to File
Saves the Mission file to a location on your device.
*For iOS, the file is automatically saved to the ICE Mobile folder on your device.
*For Android, you are prompted to select the location for the saved file.
*View Mission QR Code
Displays the Mission’s QR code on your device for other users to obtain via their camera.
4. In the prompt to Encrypt Your Mission, optionally add a password to secure your Mission. When other users attempt to add this Mission, they will be prompted to enter this password.
Important: ICE does not transmit Mission passwords. You must supply authorized users with this password yourself, or alternatively, you can use predetermined passwords. Follow the conventions for your organization.
If you elect to Skip encryption, then ICE will not prompt the user for a password when they import this Mission, and the Mission file will not be encrypted.
5. Depending on your selection in step 3, the file is sent, saved, or the QR code is displayed. Other users can then import the Mission. See Importing a Mission.
