B. Update Assigned Channel Defaults
When a channel is created by an administrator, specific default values are automatically completed for convenience and ease of operation. Those defaults may be overridden by other administrators, or they can be left as-is. However, because RallyPoint connections have changed, your current default settings are now inaccurate and must be updated now or they will be unknowingly used by other admis to create dysfunctional Assigned Channels.
To configure channel default values
1. Log in to ICE Desktop and navigate to the Settings > Channels page.
1. In the Assigned Channel Defaults section, enable RallyPoint and select the Default RallyPoint Group (it should appear at the top of the list).
If unsure, go to
Settings > RallyPoints and look for the RallyPoint Group with the blue
'Default' label.

2. Under Intercom Channel Defaults, select the same default RallyPoint Group as above.
3. Under Telephony Defaults, select the same default RallyPoint Group as above.
