Editing a Channel
Modification of an existing Assigned Channel changes that channel immediately throughout the organization. This can affect communication over the modified channels.
To edit a channel
1. Navigate to Settings > Channels.
2. Scroll through or search the Assigned channels list.
3. Select the Edit (pencil) icon for the channel to edit.
4. From the Edit assigned channel screen, update the channel's fields as needed. See Channel Attributes for definitions of the fields in the channels screen.
5. Select the Save button. A message appears indicating the channel update was successfully saved.
