ICE Lite Subordinate Licenses
ICE Lite is the smallest version of ICE Server, deploying with minimal requirements for memory, storage, and cores. All ICE Lite deployments require an ICE Lite License.
Instructions for deploying an ICE Lite Server are available in the ICE Server Installation Guide. This section provides instructions for creating an ICE Lite Subordinate License from an existing ICE license. You can also request ICE Lite licenses from Instant Connect Support.

ICE Lite Subordinate Licensing Rules
ICE Lite Servers only accept ICE Lite Subordinate Licenses and reject any other license type.
Note: Instant Connect can generate and supply ICE Lite licenses on request. Contact ICE Support if you need to request a license.
The Lite License feature is present and selected in the Features list.ICE Lite does not support the Licensing Server feature and cannot create Subordinate Licenses.All Small, Medium, and Large deployments will accept any type of Subordinate ICE license type—including ICE Lite licenses.
