Logging In
ICE Mobile presents multiple options for logging in, including continuing without login, which puts the application in Tactical Mode. If you do not know which login option to select, then contact your ICE Administrator.
To log in
1. Tap the Instant Connect launch icon on your mobile device.

ICE Mobile launches to the Login screen:
2. In Server Address, enter the address to your ICE Server, and then click the Continue button.
The available login options appear.
3. Select a login option:

4. Tap Sign in with local account instead to enter Enterprise Mode using your ICE Username and Password.
Note: Your Username is the email address associated with your account.
5. If your ICE Server is configured to use EntraID, then tap the Sign in with Microsoft Entra ID button and follow the prompts.
6. After logging in, the application opens to the Channels tab on the Home page. Ice Mobile returns you to the last tab used on the Home page whenever you leave and come back.

Your active channels appear in the Channels tab of the Home page. The Channels tab provides access to your active Channel Panels which control channel selection, transmission, volume, alerts, and indicators. See also: Home Page.
Note: On first use, your Dashboard is empty. To populate the Dashboard, you must manually activate the channels you want. See Activating/Deactivating Channels
